I refer to the Third Quarterly Report of ACC's 2016-17 financial year. Page 25 makes reference to:
"The draft Cabinet Paper with an update on the Transformation Programme was finalised and lodged for discussion at the Cabinet Committee for State Sector reform and Expenditure Control (SEC) on 22 March 2017."
It would be welcomed if you could provide me with a copy of this draft Cabinet Paper, under the provision of the Official Information Act 1982.
