Hi Stuart,
Have tried calling you back, it rings once and then
disconnects...
I think you could be right about my Outlook! My colleague who
shares the Rural account with me is back today and when he looks
at the inbox he can see the test emails, but I can't - and it
does still say "updating this folder". I also have issues with
the screen going black when I click into this account. I'd
mentioned this issue to Carolyn, our in-house ICT person.
You're welcome to jump on and fix it up for me when you are ready

I just tried to call and left a voicemail for you.
This might be something to do with the way your Outlook is
setup.
For example, I can see that Tayla August sent you and email at
9:37am today and you don't have it in showing below. It does
appear that your Outlook is still currently updating (see the
bottom right hand corner of your screenshot).

address.
I just checked the Region 2 Rural Appliance email folder and I
can't see Roger's email at all...

Replying to the e-mail should indeed change the status to open,
but it did not change it before, so that's strange. It has
certainly changed the status this time :)

while the mail was not received
I can see that there is an email in the Region2Appliance
mailbox from [13][email address] which came
through at 9:10am on Wednesday, complete with an Excel
spreadsheet called "Copy of Copy of Copy of 2017-08-21 Phil
Buckland Fleet Approvals". Is this what you were looking for
or is it another email?

[15][email address] and got no
bounceback while the mail was not received.
I can see that there is an email in the Region2RuralAppliance
mailbox from [16][email address] which came
through at 7:57am on Wednesday, regarding "COF for Hino
Appliance" . Is this what you were looking for or is it
another email?

Hi Sarah,
There aren't any rules or anything on that mailbox which would
be redirecting them at all are there? Nothing appearing in the
"Junk" folder? Was Roger sending from his @fireandemergency.nz
address or an external address?
I have checked in MailMarshall and cannot see anything being
bounced from in there.
Can you advise on the addresses of all the mailboxes you
believe are having issues?
Also, can I ask that if you are replying to a message like this
directly in Zendesk, please change the status to "Open" as I am
far more likely to see it rather than if it were to remain on
"Pending" :)

I saw your test message has come through.
This morning I have also spoken with an internal person (Roger
Nelson) who had emailed me
at[23][email address], he also has not
received notification that the email has bounced back, but no
email has come through.
I have just had my workmate send a test message to both of those
accounts, plus a third one I have for P&E. My P&E account
received the message, neither of the Appliance ones have.
