Costs of measles and mumps cases

Dear Auckland District Health Board,
I would like to request information on the costs of mumps and measles cases, including, if known, any impacts n quality-life-adjusted years. I would also like to request the number of fatalities due to measles or mumps per year since 2008/09.
If you do not hold this information, please pass it on to the relevant agency who does.
