Thank you for contacting Auckland Transport on 30 November 2017 requesting
CCTV footage relating to an incident that occurred on Ti Rakau Drive,
between Burswood Dr and Greenmount Dr, on 22/11/17 between 1:15pm to
1:35pm.

 

Unfortunately, Auckland Transport only holds footage for up to 7 days and
footage on the date of the incident had already been overwritten at the
time of the request. Your request is therefore refused under section 17(e)
of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987
(LGOIMA) as the footage requested does not exist. 

 

We regret that we are unable to assist you further at this time. Should
you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your request, you
have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA to make a
complaint to the [1]Office of the Ombudsman to seek an investigation and
review of the decision.
