Dear New Zealand Police,

On 7.8.2010 at 7.47 an email was sent from Sgt Kevin Basher of Police to Sgt Murray Johnston. The email was cc'd to the Area Commander, John Johnston.

The subject of the email is " Fw: Formal Complaint, Information Request: Assault by police, refusal to take complaints or investigate them properly"

The contents of the email, which was also sent to me in part inadvertently, is as follows: "Kevin Basher---07/09/2010 07:47:45---Something needs to be looked at regarding RAUE using her 'Blog" to make statements regarding our sta"

I have REPEATEDLY requested a copy of the entire email, and any responses or associated emails (inter alia). Despite Police repeatedly stating that the information would be provided, it never has been.

I have obtained legal advice confirming that this request conforms with the Official Information Act as it is official information, not just private information about me.

There is strong public interest in this matter, accordingly I am now making the request through this website.

This request is urgent. The information is long overdue, please provide it without further delay.

I am shocked to read this - it is extremely incriminating of the police and contains a pack of lies - the implications of it are very serious and I look forward to watching Police try and justify their actions in even sending this to the legal section and seeking a prosecution on the basis of Dallinger's lies and the indisputable evidence of the conspiracy of police to pervert the course of justice!

I requested ALL the emails and communications - so I am requesting all information regarding any evidence whatsoever that I ever said - let alone actually published on any of my websites, which is clearly the implication being made here - anything whatsoever about disgraced ex constable Paul Dallinger's wife. What absolute lies! I am amazed that any woman would ever agree to marry such an odious creature and certainly have never said or even thought anything whatsoever about Dallinger's wife - I didn't even know he had a wife - I feel sorry for her!

The one email you've provided contains evidence that the matter was referred to the legal section - where is the rest of the information? Where is the information provided to the legal section - surely it wasn't sent to the legal section without any actual EVIDENCE of Dallinger's allegations, was it???

There is a lot more information regarding this matter and I request that Police locate it and provide it without further delay.

There is considerable evidence that ex constable Dallinger resigned shortly after corruptly laying false charges against me related to the allegation contained in this email - he charged me with breaching a protection order in a pathetic and unsuccessful attempt to shut down my website by claiming that I'd breached this bogus protection order by writing things about James Cowley on the internet that James Cowley didn't like - the charge was thrown out by Judge Wainwright along with a very large number of other corruptly laid charges, and the Judge ruled there was no basis for the protection order charge whatsoever, which is why Police tried very hard to avoid providing me with Criminal Disclosure and had to be order to do so by the Judge - Dallinger conspired with James Cowley to lay that charge and others.

Provide the emails between ex constable Paul Dallinger and James Cowley please Warwick McKee and hurry up about it - this request is long overdue and a complaint is before the Ombudsmen, but that does not excuse you from your legal obligations! No wonder Police have avoided providing this email - subsequent events prove that this email is part of an outrageous conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and silence and punish innocent victims of police corruption who dare to complain about it!
Dallinger is a liar! I warn you not to try and deny that the emails between Cowley and Dallinger exist, because I have indisputable evidence that they do thanks to the incompetence of the pair of them, provide them as requested without further delay please.

There were a number of emails sent between disgraced ex constable Paul Dallinger and James Cowley in which Cowley makes a number of false statements and tells a lot of lies as they plot and plan to charge me with breaching a bogus protection order for the purpose of having the website shut down because Cowley doesn't like me publishing evidence of his disgraceful actions on the internet - the Court upheld my right to do so as police well know! My daughter was abused in state care as a result of incompetent and corrupt police at the behest of her father, James Cowley - who kicked her out of home NINE DAYS after she was abused and molested for the second time since her unlawful removal, at the age of 15, by sleazy CYFS approved "caregivers" - and I'll write about it all I like, with the full knowledge of my daughter who is now an adult and who doesn't mind at all if I do! Police should be charging the persons who molested and abused my daughter instead of trying to shut down my website for complaining about it!

Did Police ever obtain any information, let alone actual evidence, of Dallinger's claims that I'd allegedly made comments about his wife, before these senior officers who should know better decided to send it to the legal section and set about trying to take my website down using the bogus protection order charge because they knew there was no evidence of me saying anything about Dallinger's wife?

Where is the advice of the legal section? What was that advice? Was that advice that in the absence of any evidence whatsoever to substantiate Dallinger's lies it might be better to try the fake protection order charge and go with James Cowley's lies instead because there was evidence I'd written about Cowley on my websites but not Dallinger's wife???

Dallinger resigned from the police shortly after his spectacularly unsuccessful attempts to convict me of a criminal offence, and fled to Australia to avoid prosecution! Another local cop named David Gallagher did the same over the bogus charges he filed - he works in the local New World supermarket now.

I look forward to receiving the rest of the information requested without delay.

Are Police aware that defamation and libel are CIVIL matters and not CRIMINAL and therefore NONE OF THE POLICE'S BUSINESS???

Police tried to charge me with Bill Sticking for allegedly advertising a public meeting to discuss the fraud involving Georgina Beyer and others at the Carterton Community Centre - instead of investigating the fraud they charged me with allegedly putting up a notice about it - then of course Police didn't turn up to Court BECAUSE THEY KNEW WHAT A WASTE OF TIME THAT WOULD BE HAVING RECEIVED LEGAL ADVICE WHICH I HAVE THAT IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND A CORRUPT PROSECUTION THAT WAS ALWAYS DOOMED TO FAIL LIKE ALL THE OTHER PROSECUTIONS AGAINST ME!

Send me "all the information regarding [my] blog or whatever it is" which was apparently sent to the legal department and all other information regarding this little Police operation to vilify an innocent victim of serious crime WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY!
