It would be appreciated if you could confirm whether Ms Sandra Warwick (an Investigator of the Corporation's previously named Office of the Complaints Investigator at ACC) remains employed and or contracted for services to the Accident Compensation Corporation.
If Ms Warwick is no longer employed and or contracted to the Corporation it would be appreciated if you could confirm the date and year Ms Warwick's employment, and or contracted services finished with ACC.
