Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,
I refer to your OIA response through FYI to another requester who was seeking the contact details of the ACC's Chief Medical Advisor which can be found at https://fyi.org.nz/request/7167-chief-me..., and the Corporations advice that such iformation is preferred to be communicated to a requestors personal email address, as opposed to being released through a public website.
Therefore to avoid any unnecessary delay in the supply of the information I have requested I confirm that I am happy to have the information in this OIA request forwarded directly to my following email address:- [email address] and appreciate your time and assistance.
Yours faithfully,
David Lawson

If Mr Paul Holmes is no longer employed and or contracted to the
Corporation it would be appreciated if you could confirm the date and year
Mr Paul Holmes' employment, and or contracted services finished with ACC.
As your two requests are very similar, we will be providing one response
to both requests.
This email is to inform you that we are working on your requests and will
be in touch with you as soon as possible, and certainly by 16 March 2018.
We note your request for an urgent response within five working days.
While we are unlikely to be able to provide the information to you within
that time frame, we will endeavour to provide a response as soon as
possible.
While the Act allows a requester to ask for a request to be processed
urgently (where they specify the reason for this), agencies are not bound
by such a request. Whether a response can be provided under urgency will
depend on various factors, including the complexity of the request, the
time required to form a response, and the workload of the agency.
In the meantime, if you have any questions we will be happy to work with
you to resolve these. We can be contacted by email at
[email address].

Dear Melanie Lynskey,
Thank you for your partial acknowledgement of my OIA Requests of 19 February 2018. It is noted though that you have not acknowledged the following additional requests that were made within the two separate OIA requests;
"It would be appreciated if you could confirm whether Mr Paul Holmes (ACC Head of Privacy) remains employed and or contracted for services to the Accident Compensation Corporation."
And therefore I welcome this additional OIA information also.
My apologies for sending 2 requests, however this eventuated when I was unable to sight through the FYI website my original requests, and then as you can see I made some amendmentsin the specific information sought within the second request.
Thanks for your time Melanie.
Yours sincerely,
David Lawson
