Dear Ministerial Services Team,

Your response is both incorrect and inadequate. MBIE Guidance does not apply to Rubble Foundations, and that has been confirmed by MBIE on multiple emails from Dennis Monastra, Senioro Advisor of Compliance Solutions.
Please provide a proper response to my query.
