Within the past month,
Until the time this OIA has been raised,
Meaning the period between 20 March 2018 and 20 April 2018,
How many non-complianc incidents, breaches or events regards the Privacy Act 1993 section 116 has been registered by the commissioner?
And of those how many of these related to privacy commissioner exposing information subject to the s.116 clause was to the public internet?
I note that the commissioner has freedom to provide additional information to this request for example a total amount of these non-compliance events during the FY2017 that would be helpful for my research.
