As an SOE, MetService is required under law to operate as a successful
business while complying with various reporting requirements such as
publishing a Half-yearly  and Full-Year financial statements (you can find
these on [1]www.metservice.com).  The release of the information you have
requested, however, would be likely unreasonably to prejudice the
commercial position of MetService and we are withholding under section
9(2)(b)(ii).

 

If you are unhappy with this response you have the right to complain to
the Ombudsman’s Office under s28(3) of the Act to seek a review of this
decision.
