Dear Mr Preston
On 13 July 2018, your Official Information Act request regarding drafts of
section 5.2.3 ‘Rebuilding Foundation’ in the ‘Guidance on house repairs
and reconstruction following the Canterbury earthquake’ document, was
refused under section 18(e) as the information could not be found.
However, we have recently located some other section drafts of the
document, that while are not specifically of section 5.2.3 they do make
some reference to foundations. These are attached for your information.
