Dear New Zealand Fish and Game Council,

The National F and G Council employed Geoffrey Palmer to draw up an amendment to section 26 ZN of the Conservation Act to make selling of access for the purpose of angling to waters holding freshwater game fish illegal.
Can you please provide a copy of the amendment?
