reasons why all extraditiees have been returned to New Zealand
Donna Tobin made this Official Information request to Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet
Response to this request is long overdue. By law Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.
From: Donna Tobin
Dear Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet,
Any information and communications held by the Ministry or Minister as to the reasons why all extraditiees have been returned to New Zealand after being refused entry into the Australia the requesting country. Information regarding why the person extradited on 10/3/2017 was treated differently.
Information as to what is being done by the New Zealand government to resolve the matters, including any proposals by the NZ government to allow Australia to place extradited people in Detention with no rights of appeals, be subject to acknowledged torture and have their human rights and access to services, fair trials and resources undermined?
Yours faithfully,
Donna Tobin
