I have evidence of a government department using OCR software to modify government documents.
I have two questions:
1. Is it acceptable that a government department can use OCR software to modify documents?.
2. How does the government resolve such issues of fraud when it is so evident such offenses have been committed and criminal acts have been committed by a government department?.
