Does Animal Control Products (ACP/Orillion) synthesize 1080?

Dear Ministry for Primary Industries,
Members of the anti-1080 movement claim that pure sodium fluoroacetate (1080) is manufactured (synthesized) by ACP/Orillion. They base this claim on the phrasing of a couple of parliamentary questions on other subjects - for example parliamentary question 12822 of 13 Nov 2002.
Does ACP manufacture (synthesize) any of the pure 1080 that it uses in order to manufacture the various types of 1080 bait? Or does it import all the pure 1080 it uses from overseas?

Note that I have directed this to the Ministry for Primary Industries because the two shareholding ministers of ACP are the Minister of Finance and the Minister for Primary Industries.

Probably more a question for the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) who carry out all of the approvals for substances containing 1080.
