Dear Housing New Zealand Corporation,

I would like to know:
1. How many community housing providers you lease properties to
2. How many of these properties have been approved for a general upgrade
but have not yet had the upgrade complete
3. The dates the general upgrades were approved
4. The total number of properties leased to community housing providers
that are awaiting repairs and maintenance.
