Dear Health and Disability Commissioner,please could you provide me with the following information.
1. How many complaints have been lodged nationwide, against the following health providers.
CareNZ: Provider type, Addiction services
Pathways:Provider type, Mental heath.
2. Please could you also provide, the exact number of complaints, that have been lodged against the stated providers, originating from the Wairarapa.
3. Please, could you also provide the exact amount of systemic complaints that are lodged nationwide against the above providers also.
4.Please provide the number of complaints against the above providers, that are currently being investigated by the Health and disability commissioners office.
