In the report namely: "Analysis of District Health Board Performance to 30 June 2015", you excluded West Coast DHB from the analysis as its service delivery model is substantially
different from other DHBs.
If possible, could you please explain more details on the difference of West Coast DHB in comparing to other DHBs.
