Dear OIA,
You could just post a dropbox URL here, so I and other FYI users can download it.
Yours sincerely,

Hi Alex,
I'm working on getting a dropbox location (or similar) from our information management team so that I can provide the information to the FYI team directly and they can then upload the three PDF files to the online response on our behalf. (Apologies - my team does not use dropbox currently.)
Many thanks for your patience. I know that it is irritating to have the information ready and waiting and not be able to access it.

Department of Internal Affairs
Good afternoon Alex,
I apologise sincerely again for the time that it has taken to be able to provide this information to you and thank you for your patience in this case.
Following my previous correspondence to you I was advised that it was not possible to use Dropbox for the purpose of making the attachment available, so I have since been working to be able to release the attachment via email.
I now include Attachment 1, together with the release letter that was intended to accompany the previous release. You will note that it is dated April 9. This was the date we first tried to release the information to you and encountered the problems in sending out the information.
Attachment 2 and 3 were successfully sent on April 16 2019 and are available earlier in this chain.
Ngâ mihi,
Michelle Reed | Lead Advisor – Official Correspondence The Department of Internal Affairs Te Tari Taiwhenua
