University Students' Pass Rates
Milesa made this Official Information request to Ministry of Education
The request was successful.
From: Milesa
Dear Ministry of Education,
My name is Milesa Cepe and I am a University of Canterbury thesis student. One of the aims of my project is to determine group differences between high school and university students' scores on measures of academic underachievement, academic procrastination and distractibility, and Facebook use. In order to do this, I need overall pass rates for students' from University of Auckland, Canterbury, Victoria and Dunedin. This information is preferred in a pass/fail percentage format from the year 2011 and/or 2012.
Given the widespread diffusion of the Internet into New Zealand (which has been enhanced through the Ultra-Fast Broadband Initiative) my thesis can have important implications for many students, teachers and families.
I hope you consider my request and I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Milesa Cepe
