Pursuant to Section 12 of the Official Information Act 1982, please

Liu.
- All audio (including phone) correspondence featuring Iyia Liu, or

For the purpose of this request, the time period I am interested in is
from the calendar years 2016 and 2019.

Please note, this request is not for personal information or of a
vexatious nature, but to evaluate the accuracy of reporting ecommerce
founders and businesses, and to find a series of correspondence between
Luke Appleby and either Iyia Liu or Briar Howard of Celebration Box NZ
Limited which led to a failed police complaint and withdrawn NetSafe
complaint.

I have now completed my review of all information relating to this matter.

 

The only correspondence that we have between TVNZ staff and Iyia Liu is
the attached email trail.  Please note that some redactions have been made
under Section 9(2)(a) of the Act.

 

There is no correspondence from TVNZ staff about Iyia Liu, nor do we hold
any audio on this matter at all.  Therefore section 18(e) applies.
