Dear Official Correspondence,
Hi Barabara,
response to OIA4794
These notes were not prepared for a proceeding, but made by a NZTA HR rep during a public proceeding.
It is in the public interest to know how NZTA are to improve their HR performances etc, and notes taken from an investigation employment hearing by a senior public servant, which was public investigation meeting should be available to the public.
i will lodge a complaint to the ombudsman about this.
