Advice on prescription charge increase

Dear Minister of Health,
Yesterday the government announced that it was increasing prescription charges from $3 to$5 per item. I would like to request the following information under the Official Information Act 1982:
* all advice (including cabinet papers, briefings, costings etc) relating to this increase.
I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the fyi.org.nz website.

On behalf of Hon Tony Ryall, Minister of Health, thank you for your email of 15 May 2012 requesting under the Official Information Act 1982, "all advice (including cabinet papers, briefings, costings etc" relating to the increase in prescription charges from $3 to $5 per item.
You can expect a reply within 20 working days from the date of receipt of your request. Please also note that a working day is defined in the Act as 'any day of the week other than a Saturday, Sunday, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Labour Day, the Sovereign's birthday, Waitangi Day and a day in the period commencing 25 December in any year and ending 15 January in the following year.
