Advice on stopping benefits of those with arrest warrants

Dear Ministry of Social Development,

On 5 september 2012 the Minister for Social Development announced a new policy of stopping benefits for those with outstanding arrest warrants. I would like to request the following information under the Official Information Act 1982;

* all advice and communications on this policy
