Dear Christchurch City Council,

This is an Official Information Act request.

Could you please provide me with copies of all discussions, meeting minutes and correspondence between your Council officers and Insurance Companies since August 2010 regarding the application of Variation 48 - including consenting issues - concerning the required finished floor levels of residential dwellings and garages that are proposed to be rebuilt or repaired.

I am happy for the information to be provided electronically.

It may be easier for staff if the searching for this request is coordinated with that for my similar request of the 10th of March 2013.
