Guides for E-Crime Investigations
Joshua Grainger made this Official Information request to New Zealand Police
The request was successful.
From: Joshua Grainger
Dear New Zealand Police,
I would like to request under the Official Information Act any guides, manuals, instructions, or guidelines issued or produced by the Police to staff regarding investigating computer crime, or "E-Crime." Can this please include any training documentation provided to staff in the National Cyber Crime Centre (NC3) in how they are to process evidence and handle investigations.
I note that according the the 2005 court judgement R v Good the police produce a guide called "E-Crime — a Guide to E-Crime Investigations": maybe this would be a good place to start? (although please don't restrict my request to just this document)
Yours faithfully,
Joshua Grainger
New Zealand Police
Dear Joshua

Kind regards
