From: J Coburn
Dear Earthquake Commission,
In EQCs annual report of 2010-2011 both the Chairman and CEO of EQC refer to information supplied by EQC to CERA to assist with decisions made on the zoning of quake damaged land in Chch.
Specifically, can you please provide all of the information and advice provided by EQC to CERA with regard to its suitability for continued use and occupation and insurability?
Can you also provide any documents you hold regarding EQCs reinsurers requirements regarding their preparedness to provide ongoing reinsurance and to pay existing reinsurance on land in Christchurch with specific regard to 'redzoned' areas?
Yours faithfully,
J Coburn

Dear Official Information Act Requests,
It seems obvious EQC do not wish to answer this query and my frustration is showing which I apologise for, and so rather than take up the time of the already over worked Parliamentary Ombudsman I withdraw this request for the time being.
Yours sincerely,
J Coburn
