Dear MCMAHON, Teresa,
As I clearly stated in my OIA request. I am an NZ citizen and in NZ living on the North Shore in Auckland. The primary reason of using FYI.org.nz is to remain anonymous. I'm completely in my rights as a New Zealand citizen to withhold my real name and address in regards to making a OIA request.
I hope this isn't a tendency to game the system and delay the process of my OIA request. If this is the case I will not hesitate to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman.
Yours sincerely,
woody

Given that the requester has stated that they are a citizen and resident in NZ, asking them for proof without any evidence to the contrary is prima facie unreasonable.
