Taxi driver complaints

Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

This is a request for information under the Official Information Act 1982.

For the following Approved Taxi Organisations (ATOs) operating in Dunedin, I wish to know:

1a) the total number of received complaints, made by passengers, relating to driver misconduct between 1/1/2012 and today (16/4/2013).

1b) any and all categories of misconduct complaint -- for example, suspected drunk is a different category to overcharging. I wish to know them all.

2) how many of those complaints were upheld by the ATO against the driver.

3) any terminations of employment directly related to complaints received within the timeframe.
