Dear Land Information New Zealand,

I would like to know how much LINZ has spent (and contracted to spend) on
consultants (i.e. non-permanent employees) over the past two financial
years.

Please provide copies of all written material that explains the scope and
role of any consultant's roles and project, the total figures by
sub-department and project, and total estimated cost for each project.

Please also provide copies of all written material that shows the
department (and sub-department)'s ordinary operational expenditure.
