Prosecutions for vehicle accidents where pedestrians were killed

Dear New Zealand Police,
In each of the last five calendar years (2008 to 2012):
(a) How many pedestrians were killed in road accidents?
(b) How many pedestrians were seriously injured in road accidents?
(c) How many of the accidents in (a) resulted in a prosecution of a driver for causing the death, and how many of those prosecutions resulted in conviction?
(d) How many of the accidents in (b) resulted in a
prosecution of a driver for causing the injury, and how many
of those prosecutions resulted in conviction?
(e) How many infringement notices were issued or prosecutions made for offences by pedestrians? Preferably broken down by the offence.
(f) How many infringement notices were issued or prosecutions made for offences by drivers against pedestrians, including the various offences that include failure to give way? Preferably broken down by the offence.
