Thank you for your email dated 2 July 2019 requesting the following
information under the Official Information Act 1982:

"I would be very interested in a copy of your manuals/procedures that are
used by your organisation, when a phone call is made to your 0800 number,
to report an illness that has occurred within 30 days of an arrival in to
New Zealand from overseas.

Eg. The general process followed to identify other individuals at risk and
stop spread of any infectious disease in New Zealand.

Can I please have a copy of any such document?"

The Ministry's reference number for your request is: H201906136.

As required under the Act we will endeavour to respond to your request no
later than 30 July 2019, being 20 working days after the day your request
was received.  

If we are unable to respond to your request within this time frame, we
will notify you of an extension of that time frame.
