From: Ben Goldson
Dear Auckland Council,
I am writing to obtain the answers to the following questions:
What is the history of the Council's awareness of Kauri dieback’s spread across Aotearoa New Zealand?
What is the history of the Council's approach to fighting Kauri dieback?
What is the Council's estimation of the extent of the damage done by Kauri dieback?
At any point did an entity, governmental or non-governmental, advocate for keeping parks containing Kauri open against the advice of experts?
Yours faithfully,
Ben Goldson
