Thanks for the reply. I appreciate the effort that it takes to respond to these requests..
Could the response please be annotated with the reasoning or the redactions.
While achieving the information, I do not want to create work that achieves little value. The following may assist:
1) Where they same reason is being used for all redactions then a simple reply stating the reason once will be acceptable.
2) You may also choose to annotate by exception where there is a generic reason for redaction stated except for a few items that are specific where only these are annotated on the records returned.
