Please find enclosed the requested information regarding Greta Thunberg.
We have been unable to locate any records mentioning either Malena Ernman
or Svante Thunberg meaning NIWA does not hold any further information it
can provide with respect to your request.

Dear Caroline Beamish,

Thanks for the reply. I appreciate the effort that it takes to respond to these requests..

Could the response please be annotated with the reasoning or the redactions.

While achieving the information, I do not want to create work that achieves little value. The following may assist:
1) Where they same reason is being used for all redactions then a simple reply stating the reason once will be acceptable.
2) You may also choose to annotate by exception where there is a generic reason for redaction stated except for a few items that are specific where only these are annotated on the records returned.
