Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

I understand that Lets Get Wellington Moving held an Industry Briefing on the 14th October 2019 "to help design mass transit and Basin changes" (http://wellington.scoop.co.nz/?p=122933).

I am interested in the information related to this meeting.

1) Can LGWM provide a copy of the Invitation provided to attendees of the Industry Briefing held on the 14th October 2019 ?

2) Can LGWM provide a copy of the meeting agenda provided to attendees of the Industry Briefing held on the 14th October 2019 ?

3) Can LGWM provide a copy of the attendee list of attendees of the Industry Briefing held on the 14th October 2019 ?

4) Can LGWM provide a copy of the information presented to or otherwise provided to attendees of the Industry Briefing held on the 14th October 2019 ?

5) Can LGWM provide a copy of any minutes, meeting notes and/or recordings taken during the Industry Briefing held on the 14th October 2019 ?

6) Can LGWM provide a copy of any information provided to attendees of the Industry Briefing held on the 14th October 2019 after the meeting ?

If the requested information is held in electronic form, it is preferred the information is provided in its complete and original electronic format. It is also preferred that the communication on this request be via the FYI web site unless this is technically not possible.
