     I wish to request a copy of the Sale and Purchase Agreement for the

     land purchased for the Himatangi Beach sewerage treatment plant

     (title #590163).

The request is deemed to have been made pursuant to section 10 of the
Local Government Official Information  and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA).

 

It is not my intention to release the information requested as it remains
confidential.  Your request is refused in accordance with section 7 (2)
(b) (ii) of LGOIMA.

 

In accordance with section 18 of LGOIMA I am required to give my reasons
in writing which I have done above.

 

Should you not agree with my decision you may under section 27 (3) of the
LGOIMA make a complaint to the Ombudsman.
