Pursuant to the Official Information Act 1982 please provide copies of all Asbestos Management Plans prepared under Regulation 13(2) of the Health and Safety at Work (Asbestos) Regulations 2016 for all workplaces occupied or from time to time occupied by the District Health Board where asbestos or ACM (Asbestos Containing Material) is suspected to be or has been identified at the workplace.

Thank you so much for the Asbestos Management Plan (AMP) you've sent through to me, it is appreciated. However, the information I've been sent does not appear to completely fulfill the request.
What appears to be missing from the AMP is the list of locations where asbestos may be present. I refer you to the requirements set out by WorkSafe New Zealand around AMPs https://worksafe.govt.nz/topic-and-indus...
Please forward to me the information that fulfills the initial request in full.
Please note that this is NOT a new request, simply an request for ALL information as originally requested.

I received a copy of their processes for completing an asbestos management plans, but it lacks the list of locations, types, forms, and management options for asbestos identified on site as required by https://worksafe.govt.nz/topic-and-indus...
