Dear Waikato District Health Board,
Pursuant to the Official Information Act 1982 please provide copies of all Asbestos Management Plans prepared under Regulation 13(2) of the Health and Safety at Work (Asbestos) Regulations 2016 for all workplaces occupied or from time to time occupied by the District Health Board where asbestos or ACM (Asbestos Containing Material) is suspected to be or has been identified at the workplace.

Dear Leesa Watts,
Thank for the information that has been forwarded to me, it is not what was requested and I'm deeply disappointed at the proposal to charge me to release the information I asked for. I've made this request to all the DHB's and your's is the first to propose a charge, and not until the 20th working day or thereabouts.
I will be raising this issue with this Ombudsmans Office.

The Waikato DHB have declined to release the request information on the 20th working day. They've also written that to release the information to me they will charge me $2736.00. None of the DHB's to date have asked raised the issue of charging for information releases for this information.
A complaint will be made to to Ombudsman Office
