I refer to your official information request we received on 9 February
2020 requesting the following:

 

Please send me a list (in spreadsheet format) detailing all resource
consent application approvals for commercial or industrial developments
and large scale residential developments (i.e. subdivisions) since 1
January 2018. The list should include the location of the development, the
company or organisation who made the request (i.e. who's development it
is) and all other pertinent information related to the application.

 

Council Response

Attached is a list of non-residential consents, and residential
developments with 10+ units issued since 1 May 2019. This does not include
large-scale residential subdivisions as they are already listed in the
spreadsheet provided in our other response to you.

 

Please refer you our earlier response to you in May 2019 which contains
earlier information. We have therefore provided data from 1/05/2019.

 

You have the right to request the Ombudsman to review this decision.
