Dear Selwyn District Council,

Please send me a list (in spreadsheet format) detailing all residential subdivisions approved by the council since 1 January 2010. The list should only include the name of the subdivision (i.e. the name it is/was marketed to buyers as), the location of the subdivision (including main existing road access and suburb), and the size of the subdivision (by number of sections, and in hectares). The list only needs to include larger scale subdivisions of five sections or more.

Christchurch City Council have already responded to the same request for information promptly and with no cost whatsoever.

The cost you are proposing is unreasonable. Please provide the information without cost, as CCC have done.
