Kia ora William,
The Hon Kris Faafoi is longer the Minister for Government Digital Services. I would like to understand from you whether you are still wanting his views from May 2020, or if you would like to amend your request to the current Minister's position?
If I don't hear from you by 22 June 2021 I will close the request.

They are just trying to help. As it stands your request for "your personal viewpoint " is bound to fail. The OIA does not require departments or Ministers to provide opinion. It is for existing information.
