Dear Auckland Council,

It became apparent at the meeting of the governing body on 19 December 2012 that the mayor Len brown was frequently missing from meetings.

lease provide figures as to the number of meetings which should have been fully chaired by him and how many were actually FULLY chaired by him since he became mayor of the super city

please provide the figures in yearly groups showing meetings for the governance bodies and any committees he headed during those years.
