the fines for non-compliance of mask wearing and its' respective
legislation.

 

Part 1 of your first question “As of the date of replying to this request,
how many instant $300 instant fines have been issued” has been transferred
to NZ Police under Section 14 (b) (ii), the Ministry of Justice does not
hold this information but it is believed to be held by NZ Police.  You can
expect to hear from them in due course.  If you wish to contact them in
