Dear Department of Corrections,
Under the Official Information Act I request the following information.
Following the end of the Dec 2020/Jan 2021 riot and surrender of 16 prison inmates that destroyed the "Waikeria Top Jail";
1) How many of the above inmates were internally charged/reprimanded/lost privileges/conditions etc?
2) What were the specific reprimands/lost privileges/conditions etc in each case?
3) Did any of the 16 rioters having destroyed mattress's (along with the rest of the 'top jail', receive a brand new or improved mattress on relocation to another part of Waikeria Prison or another prison following their riot, destruction, arson and surrender?

I've laid a complaint with the Ombudsman based around information being refused for privacy reasons, considering I didn't ask questions that could identify a particular person on the entire planet, let alone Waikeria Prisons.
