I refer to your OIA request below dated 13th April 2021 for information regarding gifts to medical staff from pharmaceutical companies.
The Act requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no later than 20 working days after the day we received your request. We are writing to advise that we are preparing a response for you however will not be able to provide a full response within the timeframe and are notifying you of an extension of time. This extension is necessary because your request is for detailed information and meeting the original time frame is not possible in these circumstances. We will provide the response to you by 19th May 2021.
