I wish to request information as per regulatory requirement of LGOIMA. The information I wish to gain is a detailed breakdown of the 1,482,000 savings made for the draft annual plan 2014/15 which have resulted in the drafted 0.43% rates increase. The communications, proposals, reports from electricity retailers that applied for the contract/contracts with ICC. Also the names of the council staff involved in each negotiation.
