Tēnā koe Mr Smith
I have searched Crown Law's document management system and no information regarding "CIV-2020-409-180" is held by this office. Your request is therefore declined under s 18(e) of the Official Information Act 1982. Please be aware that, if the proceeding you refer to is under the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Act 2009, such proceedings are generally conducted by Crown Solicitors rather than this Office.
I note you have the right to complain to the Ombudsman, under s 28 of the Official Information Act 1982, about our decision on your request for information.

Without knowing anything about the proceeding to which you refer, I am unable to advise where your query should be directed. However, if the proceeding is under the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Act 2009, the Commissioner of Police has the power to make various applications under that Act so the Police may know something about the matter to which you refer.
