Kia ora Ti,
I have been allocated to respond to your request:
Please provide all documents held by your body about your Te Raranga (The
Weave).
Please include all documents that outline which individuals or
institutions created this programme and the decision-making process
through which this programme was created e.g. if this was created through
legislation or was an operational matter.
Are you able to provide more clarity to the information you seek?
As Te Raranga is still being built as a programme we are still working to
create artifacts for and about the programme. We would be able to send
you the budget bid that outlined the programme of work that Police was
planning to undertake regarding Hate Crime incidents, which has now become
known as Te Raranga.
We could do an email search on all emails that related to this work, if
you felt that was helpful, however we would need to request an extension
to be able to fulfil that request.
Any additional guidance that you can provide would be much appreciated.
Ngā mihi,
Mere Wilson Tuala-Fata

Dear Mere,
Thanks for your helpful response!
Please send me the budget bid -- that will be very useful.
Can you please advise me on if there is an expected completion date for the project and, if so, when?
Also, please advise me of the title of documents and reports relating to the project, which are in progress but not yet complete.
I don't need an email search, but thank you for clarifying this.
Yours sincerely,
Ti Lamusse

Kia ora Ti,
Thanks for the clarification and sorry for the delayed email response in return.
I have attached a release from Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DMPC). Pages 6-7 are the ones that refer to Te Raranga. There was also a release in Dec available here: https://www.beehive.govt.nz/release/maki....
It will take some time to go through the budget bid and review and redact information as necessary.
I have also provided you with a previously released statement regarding Police response to Hate Crime, ongoing work and planned work which was the base on which Te Raranga is being built.
Let me know if the information provided is sufficient to meet your needs.
