Official information request for Social Licence
I refer to your official information request dated 14 November for all
information you hold in a ministerial capacity regarding the definition or
use of the term "social licence".
Unfortunately, the documents you requested do not exist.
We have made every possible effort to locate any documents regarding the
definition or use of the term “social licence”, including consulting with
all the agencies that report to the Minister.
We are therefore refusing your request under section 18(e) of the OIA
because the requested documents do not exist.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
