MBIE has not updated the proactive release page since December 2021 so it is unclear if any paper papers have been received by you in 2022.

(the Act):

I am writing to notify you of an extension to the timeframe for responding
to your request under section 15A(1)(b) of the Act, as consultations
necessary to make a decision on the request are such that a proper
response cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit.
A response to your request will now be provided to you on or before 6 July
2022, which is an extension of 10 working days.
You have the right to seek investigation and review of my decision by the
Ombudsman, in accordance with section 28(3) of the Act. The relevant
